What's an Apostille?
An Apostille is simply the name for a specialized certificate, issued by the Secretary of State. The Apostille is attached to your original document to verify it is legitimate and authentic so it will be accepted in one of the other countries who are members of the Hague Apostille Convention, a multilateral treaty to which the United States is a party. The Apostille is issued by the Secretary of State in which the document originated or notarized.

We have relationships with The Spanish Group, Certified translators who provide Accurate translations in all languages. These translations come with a Notarized Certificate of Accuracy which is an apostille requirement.
Copying & Scanning of Documents
Often times numerous copies of Apostilled Documents must be made for record keeping purposes. In addition, scanned copies of Apostilled Documents are sent to recipients in advance of the original or archived as PDF’s. We copy and scan documents before and after the documents are apostilled. This valuable service saves our clients a great deal of time and effort instead of them doing this themselves.

We can ship your completed documents to you the very next day. We can also ship your documents directly to your clients domestically or internationally. Our preferred shipping method is FEDEX, we can also ship via DHL, US Post Office and our own Courier Service upon request.
